Internet Safety - Click Here
Safe chat in a Christian
environment is the goal of The
Christian Chat Net. However. . .
since hosts are not always
present, we ask you to be aware of
the risks involved and the safety
features we offer.
1. Please be careful
and discerning. Unless one has
been banned for indecency, anyone
with Internet connection is
capable of entering these chat
rooms.
2. Consult a host if
someone behaves indecently. Host's
names have a @ in front of their
username or nick.
3. If a host is not
present when harassed go to the
#help or #lobby room and find a
host by clicking on their name.
Tell the host the problem and ask
permission to paste the content
for viewing.
4. Even a Christian chat
room cannot be completely safe.
Though the vast majority of chat
conversations are edifying and
Christian, you should not
enter these chat rooms if the
risks bother you!
The
chat rooms and message boards are
provided as a free service. As
such, there are no guarantees
given or implied. Use of the chat
rooms and message boards will be
at your own risk. Your use of the
chat rooms constitutes an
agreement that you will not hold
The Christian Chat Net or
its affiliates liable for anything
said or done in the service to
anyone at anytime, even when
chatting is in progress.
Again, by using these FREE chat
room, you agree that we will not
be held liable in any case and for
any reason. You also agree, that
if you do for any reason attempt
to take legal action against
The Christian Chat Net,
The Christian BBS or
its affiliates, to pay any lawyer
fees and other costs to us
regardless of outcome.
Use
of the chat room signifies that
you are in total agreement to the
terms contained here within. If
you disagree with any of these
terms, then please do not use the
chat rooms or message boards. If you use the chat
room or message boards and do not agree to these
terms The Christian Chat
Net or The Christian BBS will not be held
responsible.
